A BUYER'S JOURNEY
GETTING STARTED
Our first conversations and meetings are used to understand your specific goals, needs, favorite home traits, preferred neighborhoods, your must-haves, deal-breakers, and your budget.
YOUR LOAN
Your budget is very important. Our favorite local lenders can help or you can choose your own. Once pre-approved, I work with your lender to help make your offers stand out over the competition.
TIME TO TOUR
Finding the right home for you is my specialty! We'll tour and review properties together then I'll guide you through the reports, property details and help with questions you may have.
MAKING OFFERS
Once we find your dream home we'll make a competitive offer and I'll negotiate for the best price on your behalf. I'll walk you through this process every step of the way so you're always able to make informed decisions.
ACCEPTANCE & ESCROW
When your offer is accepted, my job is to focus on a smooth transaction through the escrow period. I'll make sure you know what you need to do with a clear timeline.
CLOSING DAY
It's key time! Once closed, it's time to celebrate and hand over the keys — congratulations on your new home!
HOW THIS WORKS
MY PROCESS
I am there with you every step of the way helping to interpret home reports and disclosures and what's recommended for a home's particular location and condition. I realize that you may not purchase a home very often so I take the time to explain what is expected, how this process works, what to learn more about and when there are red flags.
MY SKILLS
In this competitive market, negotiation skills and an innovative approach to the offer process can make all the difference between having your offer accepted and waiting in line as a back up offer. I provide guidance, experience and a great reputation to help you decide how to make the best offer possible.
I can’t wait to help you buy the home of your dreams!
MY APPROACH
I believe that you deserve to love where you live and I can help. I bring knowledge, skillful negotiation and a mindful approach to each relationship and transaction. I understand what a big decision moving can be for most people and finding a new place to call home or to invest in.
MY TEAM
Working with a trusted team of professionals to assist with all your questions help provide a stronger understanding of the home you would like to purchase from lending to permits, inspections to land surveyors and from carpenters to solar panels - I treat each purchase as if it was my own.

The home buying process is stressful enough without worrying about who you can and cannot trust. As a buyer, you should always have your own agent who you trust to represent you.
As your agent, I will be your trusted advisor, I will connect you with professionals and I will be your advocate. I will negotiate on your behalf and keep what you tell me confidential.
I will look for red flags and point out any issues you should be aware of. I am your extra set of eyes and your resource for tricky questions and contractual language to help keep you protected.
WHAT ARE YOUR MUST-HAVES?
How much can you afford? Have you been pre-approved yet? This is the perfect place to start before touring.
What kind of home do you need? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? What about an office? Garage space? Think about what is going to make sense for your lifestyle.
What is your timeframe? Would you like to be moved in before you start a new job? Or the kids are back in school? Consider the undertaking of packing and setting up your new home.
Where do you want to live? What will your commute be like? Do you want some walkability? Start exploring neighborhoods to get a sense of what living there might be like.
How much work are you willing to do to your next home to make it work for you? No home will ever be "perfect," but it's good to consider what is too much and will be a deal breaker.
We live in California for a reason - think about how much outdoor space you want to have. However, keep in mind that more green space equals more maintenance.
